After review with trusted investors and advisors, Diverg is communicating the following intent to existing on-chain holders:
All current holders are preserved under the plan. If the fundraise completes as described in the offering materials on Futardio, eligible holders are expected to receive a new token allocation at a 1:3 USD-value basis relative to their current holdings (exact definitions of USD value, snapshot timing, inclusions, exclusions, vesting, and delivery appear on the launch page and related agreements).
How to read the 1:3 USD-value language
“1:3 USD-value basis relative to current holdings” means the post-completion allocation is pegged to a USD measure of what you hold at eligibility, using a 1:3 ratio in the sense described in the offering materials (for example, how baseline USD exposure maps into new issuance). Do not rely on this docs page for the numeric worked example, tax treatment, or chain-specific mechanics, use the launch disclosure and counsel.
If the fundraise does not complete on the terms described there, this stated allocation path may not apply. Treat published offering text as the source of truth when it differs from any social post or summary.
